Headless browser loads the embed and seek+screenshots each timestamp across a small page pool — no mp4, no cross-origin canvas. Flip R2 storage to persist each frame and serve it from the Media-Transformations CDN url; off returns an inline data URI. Endpoint: /api/media/yt-frames.
