Video frames, cut at the edge.

Frames are cut from a cached mp4 via Cloudflare /cdn-cgi/media/mode=frame on the contextforce.com zone — no client decode, no mp4 download. The /api/media/frames endpoint additionally R2-firsts + persists each frame.
